EPSS Applications Help

To access the new orders app, please navigate to https://orders.epss.ucla.edu from a campus network, or while connected to the UCLA VPN.

You will be prompted for a username and password to access this application. Your EPSS account, which is the account required for access to this system, is different than your UCLA login, which is used for many campus systems. You may not know or remember this account, and if so, you can reach out to the IT Helpdesk via email or by opening a ticket. This account also grants access to lab computers, department VPN instances, servers, and the EPSS website, and a soon to arrive wireless network for the department.

Many department members should have received an email with your EPSS account username and a temporary password. This password should be reset to a secure value as soon as possible, which can be accomplished either at the IT office in 4687 Geology, or at a kiosk in the main office. Not all users have had their passwords reset, to avoid negatively impacting existing users of other applications, so its possible we need to activate your account manually, or reset a forgotten password.
